I get a package every month and it always shows up a day late. They don't update the status of the package until after its supposed to be here. If it's not on the truck in the morning, why isn't the status updated then? The tracking always says it's at the post office when it's supposed to be here, it just doesn't make it on the delivery truck for a day or two. Poor customer service. My wife pulled into the driveway one day to see the mail person gently toss our package onto the ground instead of setting it down. We forgot to remove the junk mail one day, so the next day I got an envelope package and the mail person just jammed it into the mailbox. Then one day the mailbox is empty and it's raining all day and a package gets set about 5' away from the house instead of under the overhang. Water was pouring out of the box when I picked it up. One day I see the mail truck stop and I go out to get my package and there's one of those notes saying it can't be delivered?! It wasn't raining or snowing, they just didn't want to get out of the truck and give me my package. I've done everything the post office said to do to stop junk mail, but I'm still being harassed by constant junk mail I don't want. My recycling comes every two weeks so there's quite a bit of junk mail taking up space in my recycling. I'm just very unhappy with the whole post office system
