With in the last 3 months we have mailed out payments by checks 3 different times that have been lost buy postal system. Never arrived to destination or cleared our bank still lost. After 3 of 5 payments mailed was lost we refinanced the loan to a local bank bought a certified 3 day letter at post office on 9-10-2021 with delivery buy 9-14-2021 delivery at the latest so now it is 9'20-2021 and still a certified letter is lost and not delivered. I have a complaint number of 30640044 and no one has of yet to contact me. So much for paying allmost 8 bucks for a 3 day certified letter and after 8 days still not delivered.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
