My receipt says Clerk 15 was the one of the worst experience that I’ve ever had at the post office. She was extremely rude horrible looked like she didn’t want to be there was not helpful at all no was giving attitude. Not just to me but to everyone. I will never go back to this location I worked with customers and I never made them feel like a burden if they had a question. If you are unhappy at your job find another that doesn’t require you to deal with customers. Very rushed and unhappy and I do y even know if my package I sent in good condition or even in right terms. I hope whoever sees this takes action in today’s incident so that it doesn’t happen to anybody else.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
