Its an embarrassment how poorly of a job these people do. Its like they dont even try. Instead of hiring friends and family try hiring people that can read and want to work. Missing packages, leaving packages @ my door to get stolen, packages that are beat up, mail thats not mine ect.... The list goes on. You have a bunch of people that just dont care. If the postal service goes away i wont be upset. If you serve the plublic you should care about the peoples needs if you dont then go do something else. They should fire every one and just start over 2.7 rating you really cant do much worse

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
