The tracking option is great especially when your package (as most are) is important...in my case my granddaughter is waiting ready to pounce on the mail carrier as soon as they pull up to her house ?. The only thing I would alter is the ETA the customer service rep gave me when I sent it out. The estimated delivery date was yesterday...from Austin, TX to Arlington, TX...for some crazy reason via Arkansas (????)... really the only reason I'm frustrated is because an 8-year old is waiting...I do realize it is "estimated" but at this moment all the tracking shows is that it arrived Sunday, October 31 and is still sitting there(???) Sorry a long message but things can only change/get better if we give our thoughts.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
