Heartbreaking & cruel. I needed copies of my recently deceased sister's death certificates. They were sent for overnight delivery. I signed up for notifications & dates. No package. No new updates. No notifications. I made a service report. Expressed how time sensitive this was in dealing w very sensitive matters. I was promised that it was to be escalated as urgent. This also did not happen. I have to wait 3 business days to open ANOTHER inquiry. Thus is damaging and I want to sue. If anybody has a similar or critical story, please post your review. There has to be a way of getting action.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
