Would give them a negative review if I could. Spent Express money to get package delivered by due date and my "express" package sat in NJ for 2 days instead of moving to me in the 2 days. Lost deadline and calling only gets you hung up on after a long wait. No wonder they call USPS snail mail and their ratings are so low. Save time and heartache when you have a deadline and send via a reliable service like UPS or FedEx.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
