I mailed a letter to Longview, TX 75606 Certified Mail with return receipt on 11-5-2021. When I tracked when it was delivered I was shocked to see it was sent to Shreveport, LA & departed Shreveport, LA 11-9-2021 then arrived back in Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center 11-10-2021, then departed Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center 11-11-2021! Please explain why the letter I mailed in Benbrook, TX (Fort Worth, TX suburb) on the 5th addressed to Longview, TX, was sent to Louisiana and then went back to Fort Worth before being sent to Longview and also why I was charged $7.38 for this inconvenience?

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
