USPS. The most unreliable and unprofessional service for shipping anything. It baffles me that any company still uses them to ship products customers have ordered. Hence is why I still do not have any tracking information on a package that was shipped a week ago. Tracking information still says awaiting for carrier to pick up. Seller doesn’t even k ow where it is and what USPS has done with it. They have re-shipped but I am not expecting any better results.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
