Ordered something and it was shipped from Texas on 11/15, with an arrival date to NY on 11/19. Today is 11/22 and still no package. I tracked it, only to find that it's still in Texas!! Now is not the time for package delays, with the holidays around the corner. USPS is stating that it's due to staff shortages. Last I checked, they pay workers more than enough and people would gladly accept your open positions. Also, what isn't done by humans, is done by machines at your facilities. I feel bad for anyone who relies on your services to receive their medications or medical supplies. Time to step things up and get back to the quality service you were always known for.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
