My son ordered the package that he has saved up for with pure excitement and was to be delivered Nov 17 - 22 and it was picked up on the 11th, it has sat in the facility and not moved this whole time. 2 day shipping, huh? Now the item is out of stock everywhere. I gave a 1star only because I had to otherwise it would be no stars. Now I get to look at pure disappointment and dissatisfaction on your end.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
