USPS is not what it use to be. They lose mail or deliver to the wrong address, the tracking system isn't even the same, and I'd rather pay FedEx. I've been trying to track a package, but can't get any info like I use to get. I use to be able to see where my package was and now I just get double talk and no real information. I try not to use USPS, but I can't control what other people use. I just want to know where my package is or an ETA for tracking # 9274890297079018573575. Since we can't rate a 0 or even a small part of 1, I have to give you a full 1 star. Sorry, I've been disappointed way too many times.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
