Amazon should be ashamed of allowing such a poor service provider to deliver their product with a proven unreliable on-time delivery track. This is my 3rd or 4th item not delivered on time or delivered to a wrong address in a different COUNTY and town by the USPS. It all reflects on Amazon logistics. Dump the USPS Contract and use that money to hire extra Amazon drivers, and increase the pay of Amazon drivers. If need be, FEDEX and or UPS, should be utilized. Competitors or not. Customers only care about on-time deliveries as published, not who delivered the item(s).

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
