Our carrier (with postmaster backing) refuses to drive up our road to deliver packages, saying it’s not safe. Every other carrier, including the Sunday USPS drivers come up our road all the time. Then the carrier leaves a note saying she attempted delivery, which is a lie. So we have to make the long drive to our post office to pick it up, and often they can’t find it for several days. I certainly wish I could choose a carrier when placing orders - I would never choose USPS. Poor reliability and horrible customer service.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
