Still have not received my package. It landed in the USA on 25 Nov 2021. The last status was on the 25th of Nov no updates since then. Delivery date was 24Nov 2021. It was ordered from ESTY which later I was told it was ordered from a company in China. When I contacted the company they also couldn’t answer any questions about where the package was located. I contacted USPS they could only tell me it was located in customs somewhere in the the USA but no status updates as of 4 Dec2021.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
