Sent a first class letter to Memphis with tracking from the Los indios post office on Nov 19 scheduled to be delivered on Nov 23. It made it to Memphis but was sent bk to San Antonio and now McAllen Texas. This is horrible. Why didn't they deliver it when it made it to Memphis TN it's destination? Will someone please look into this. I hope they revert it bk to Memphis, TN where it was scheduled for delivery on Nov. 23, 2021

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
