I've used the postal service all my life. Although in the last few years I've been using other means of getting my packages. I purchase something from China last week. And the United States postal service which I never knew they had allowed me to track my package which I did every day and this morning it's only a few miles away from my house. I had no idea the United States postal service even had the ability to do this. But I'm very much impressed and each and every time I tried they answered. You guys are the best.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
