Would like to have given 0 stars. Paid for overnight express service. For some reason I can overnight from Las Cruces NM to Denver but I can't overnight from Denver to Las Cruces but I have to pay the overnight price just to get guaranteed 2 day service. Mailed important negotiable documents via express mail on the 13th of December 2021. Guaranteed delivery for the 15th of December. As of 1700 on the15th of December the tracking number shows it's a the post office in Denver, evidently it hasn't even left the post office there. Delivery was guaranteed by 1300 on the 15th of December. I am pissed.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
