Worse service ever. Cannot understand what they are saying, heavy accent. Don't have any idea not knowledgeable. And when ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up the phone. They have no idea how to service the caller. Uses are slow on delivering package and they leave the package in front of door so someone can take it. It-s happened to me several times already . Delivery person does not knock or wait to see if someone is home. Also to mail packages has gotten so expensive and we do not get the full service we deserve . The clerks are rude and so are the drivers . Ups has better service and are knowledgeable of any question they are ask . Also FedEx are knowledgeable and also polite and courteous. I see uses losing customers by the day by day.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
