I took my package in on December 13th paid $44.45 for two day delivery and today is Thursday the 16th and the package still has not been delivered why do I have to pay so much money when the package won't be delivered when they say they're going to deliver which was 2 days and I'm not sure why the receipt says expected day delivery was the 16 when I pay for 2 days please help me understand that thank you. Why would they charge me 44 45 for two day delivery when it's really 4 days and if that was the case I would have just bought the 6 day delivery rate. I am currently unemployed and can afford to be throwing away money thank you.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
