They will not deliver, we have to arrange to go and pick up packages. The reason we order online is so we don't have to leave the house. My husband and I are both disabled and it means alot having packages delivered. UPS, FEDEX, AMAZON and a couple others have no problem delivering. USPS never delivers. Thank God not much comes by USPS I think most businesses only use them as a last resort. Everyone else delivers to the door they could to, they don't care. I think they should just deliver letters because they can't handle packages.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
