I'm upset at the fact that the package I sent went from Grand Junction Co to Seattle Washington then to San Francisco and is still sitting there. It's been in San Francisco since 3:08am yesterday the 19th. So you should have sent it to Sacramento then Marysville CA then to it's destination, but no you'd rather waste 7 days in unneeded destinations. I give you one star at best. I know for a fact that you can do much, much better.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
