And if you go to talk to somebody on a phone they don't know what you're talkin about they can't help you will you have to go here you have to go there while I don't know what they're talking about either but yet they want you to know this and then they ask you for your email and supposedly some kind of password which I don't know nothing about I go to put in my regular email my regular password and it's been rejected so how in the hell am I supposed to talk to these people seems like nobody can send paperwork out to anybody anymore everything's got to be done on the computer or over the phone will number one I don't have a computer and number to my phone will not let me go where you people want me to go so how the heck am I supposed to get any help from you people can you answer me that everything's got to be answered in a question and then there's little codes little coats for this and little codes for that there I don't know what they mean does anybody else know what they mean I wish I could get some paperwork shipped to my home I live at 14 Morton Street in Glens Falls New York 12801 and my name's Mary bombard why just can't they just send me paperwork so I can get it filled out easier these people I sent this package to are nothing but scammers I have the name and address and zip code number and where it was supposed to go to otherwise my money is going to sit right where it's at and I can't get to it and I want it you want us to help you but yet you people can't help me
