I am appalled at the poor customer service by the Postal Service once Christmas is over!?! A first class package requiring an adult signature for delivery was mailed out to me from Scranton, PA on December 23rd at 4:24 p.m. This package contains controlled substances that I depend upon to continue to function in society without being in excruciating pain. But because of your poor customer service after the holidays, you go right back to lazy, sloppy work. Or at least that applies to my current rural mail carrier, Kathy McFatten from the Clermont Annex. She is a rude, mouthy, mail mutilaling carrier who lacks any regard for customer service. She will purposely smash a medium package into the box to force a customer to come pick up the mail at the main office because she puts it on hold right away without even notifying the customer until it's too late. She needs lessons in being NICE to her customers and not blocking all the boxes at the same time. She's just LAZY. Period. And I've yet to see the post office address this matter. Is it because she is black? She gets special treatment? Must be nice.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
