Never ever have I paid for 2 day delivery and the package actually was delivered in the time promised . I paid for 2 day delivery 1/3/22 and its 1/6/22 and my package has not made it half to the destination. They charge me everytime and take days delivering but do you get a refund ? I know its “covid” then lower price , refund part of the price or tell the truth and say it wil get there in approx 5 days instead of the 2 the claim. No wonder people use UPS and Fedex

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
