I am awaiting the 3rd consecutive package that, when tracked, has come very near my delivery address, but is instead rerouted hundreds, sometimes thousands of miles away. The nearest USPS facility (Milan, IL,) has "lost" several packages that were transferred to them by UPS. These packages never make it to me, 20 miles away. I call to try to find my packages, and they are very rude and pass blame on everyone else. You scan each parcel that comes through your facilities MULTIPLE times. How is it even conceivable that you would be this incompetent? I have always been a vocal supporter of the USPS, and understanding about the staffing and funding issues in recent years. This is incompetence or theft; there's just no excuse.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
