On 9/9/22 I paid $16.10 to send a small box by priority mail. I was told it would be delivered Monday 9/12. By Tuesday 9/13 it still hadn't been delivered. Today, Wednesday 9/14 I got an update informing me that it is in West Palm Beach. Florida. I live in Albany, GA and the package is being sent to Lenexa, KS. So, why after five days would it be in the most southern state, when it was to be delivered north? This is the third priority package I have sent in the last six months and they always arrive days late. Why are customers being charged priority mail prices and not getting what they're paying for? My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
