It’s bad enough that they claim to have attempted delivery and didn’t actually try to deliver anything for two days in a row (mid-size but heavy package, and I WAS at home and watched them both days at the time that my mail runs) - but then they don’t even have the tracking records that match and were extremely rude to me when I patiently tried to explain my situation. I needed this package to arrive on time and paid for expedited shipping for it, and was treated very poorly even when I tried to set up picking it up myself from the post office. “Service” from USPS has been dwindling for decades but it’s absolutely ridiculous the all time low it’s at now.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
