USPS is a very unfortunate bygone delivery service. Not sure if the defunding Trump dis during his presidency did them in or if their disfunction is of their own making, but in the last moments I’ve been scammed by someone pretending to be USPS (sure, not their fault, but the scammers used the legitimate USPS site to do it and this could have been avoided) and have had a $250 couch delivered across the country (I’m in NY and it was delivered to WA) with no ability to intercept, change the address, or report it to anyone. The customer service line lets you pick between 5 different hold song genres which is probably the only perk of USPS. I’m going to avoid shipping anything through them and am really hoping that I don’t have to deal with them ever again. USPS is their own worst enemy and will bring about their own demise I’m sorry to say, they are incompetent and the most untrustworthy form of parcel delivery service that exists today.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
