They raise their rates and the service gets worse. Rude employees, slow, have had mail missing, identity theft, Items missing out of box, returns stuff back without calling you first then charges you for shipping it back. Have received items that are broken and won't pay to get replaced. The vendor only ships USPS. May call and tell them to ship through someone else. But they can still do all this at the hub or station. They are just there for a paycheck and have no consideration for us or our letters or packages. It has gone to hell in a hand basket.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
