Paid $7.85 to have a letter delivered certified mail two blocks from the post office. It never got there. Letter never left the facility. They just took my money. Sent a certified letter from Lancaster, CA to Los Angeles, CA on November 1, 2022. Checked the tracking information on November 8, 2022, and it only has tracking information for November 2, 2022! Sent a certified envelope in October 2022. The letter was being delivered 10 miles away. It took two and a half weeks to be delivered. It was to be delivered to a business that is opened 5 days a week. This kind of service is unacceptable.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
