I had a package “delivered” to my building at the end of October and was keeping an eye on the tracking number. The tracking said delivered, so I went to go get it and it was no where to be found. IF it is a case of people stealing, I’m not sure why the delivery person(s) has not bothered to either bring it upstairs or place the package in the PROVIDED snaile boxes (specifically for parcels being delivered SO THEY AREN’T STOLEN…). I reached out to the shop and they sent a replacement. The parcel was “picked up” in Chicago on November 1, then it was being “processed”, and tracker was never updated again. It’s now November 23 and I had to ask for a second replacement. This is absolutely ridiculous. Do better.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
