Sent two packages in 4days to my daughter. 1st pkg was delivered to wrong address because the postal worker decided to change the zip code to a different zip code to deliver to. Now my PKG is still lost. Had to go through hassle re-get the information again to be able to sent it out to my brother. Took a screenshot of the receipt thinking I was ok w/the PKG. Now the post office is telling me I need the original receipt to get the refund for there mistake of not getting my PKG delivered correctly. Being disabled it's more convenient to not carry around documents that is why I also took a picture of the receipt to have documentation plus I had my bank transaction. Two days later I sent out the same information to my brother and it looks like it is in limbo not moving anywhere as the tracking number that was given shows no movement and they state that you have to have delivery confirmation to get your money or file a complaint about anything. The incompetence of the USPS is outrageously ineffective at this point one may what to say. I wouldn't of given any stars at all but the system would not let you go past w/o putting something so I had to put on. I am now out of 27.90 twice in less than 4days on a fixed income due to someone else's mishap.
