Hello! At the main post office in Tucson AZ, I found the postal workers busy attending lots of customers. I was in a hurry to obtain an application form to renew my passport. First I had to ask for the form and get it filled up, but then I had to make sure every item of my parcel was included. At one point one of the ladies told me to include my old passport! At several points, while completing my mailing, I had to ask questions. The answers from several of the coworkers of that lady were very helpful. My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
