USPS review by Sheri Pitcher

I supposedly got a letter that has to be signed for on November 29 and there was a pink slip in my mailbox that said we are sorry about not getting your letter. It has to be signed for and no one was home. That is a total lie. My car was on the driveway and I was home all day except at 2:30 I drove to the mailboxes and got my mail. So I went online and rescheduled for them to deliver it today because I was going to be home all day again. So I waited and waited no one ever came by again. If they did they didn't knock. Ugh so I called them and finally got through to someone today. The girl that does our mailboxes was already gone at 2:45 so the person that answered ask me to hold on and she would check that girls stuff to see if it was I guess at her desk. She came back and told me it wasn't there. Another ugh! She said she would call and have her call me. Didn't hear from her. I need that letter because it has to do with important stuff from my husbands work!! I'm guessing!! He passed away on October 21st. If that wasn't bad enough my mom passed away 8 days before him on October 13th. Hopefully I get them soon. My post office in spring wasn't that great either!!!
