The usps website said my package was ready for pickup. It was a birthday present so I wanted to pick it up. The clerk at the post office refused to give it to me even though she said if I gave her a tracking number she could get it for me. I gave her the number but she then refused to give it to me as I fifnt have a yellow card. So rude and obnoxious. Their website said it was ready for pickup but they refused to give it me. They are the worst past office in tge area. I may switch to a further away post office but one where the clerks are kind and helpful.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
