I just Ship a package the person at the register he greeted me with wow ? heavy package I replied it only about 23 pounds he replied you telling me I can’t carry it I said no I never said that. Then he took the pepper work my hand and he stick the shipping label on the side of the box. I asked him if he can put please the label on the top instead the side he replied what I’m talking about. I said if you hand me the box I will do so then walk away and said I have no time for you. Is this how customer service should be? I don’t like the post office at all. Even do I have been shipping with them. I really think that the post office is going down the drain now I know why are being on the hike. Luck of customer and decrease in good customer service. My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
