I have had a postal box for years and have had the previous persons mail continue to be deposited in my box, even though my name is clearly written on a note, in the box, notifying the mail person. In spite of that I continue to receive the prey persons mail. I have reported this to the postmaster and other employees, over twenty times, each time assuring me it will be taken care of, which it hasn't. I am paying for a box filled with someone else's mail, leaving little room for mine. The level of incompetence and stupidity of the employees at the post office is unacceptable.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
