Sent a box priority mail to NYC at the American Cancer society Hope Lodge. The box finally did arrive but box was in sad condition like it had been run over or dropped from a high elevation. The sides were tore and the contents destroyed. What is sad is that I paid to have it delivered. My wife had spent a long day at the hospital and returned to the lodge only to have to clean up the mess of what was left from the box.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
