This is the 3 rd year in a row that the postal service has failed to deliver my Christmas gift package on time. Sadly my package has been sitting in Des Moines Iowa for 2 days with no movement. It was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday December 13. It containes a gift for a family member who may not make it till Christmas. Sad sad sad, I payed over $40 and receiving crapy service. Sadly you have forced me to find a different service from now on for my package deliveries. Disappointed 3 years in a row, no more!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
