On Dec. 10th waited in line at least 45 mins. at Rome NY post office to Christmas pkg. via priority mail with arrival date of Dec.13th pkg. As of today date 12/17 pkg. has yet to arrive and unable to even track as service is down. I have used USPS for yrs. but as it's gotten more and more expensive with such poor service. I will no longer be mailing through our postal service.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
