Mailed a birthday card in a 6 x 9 envelope on November 25, 2022. I paid for certified mail and return receipt, a total of $8.09. This was headed to Garland, Tx, a suburb northeast of Dallas, Tx. A distance of around 300 miles from where I posted. It should have arrived November 28 or so. Tracking revealed it was sent to Minnesota before it was held in Coppell, Tx on December 6th where it remained for a number of days before final delivery around December 10. Tracking still didn’t show it had been delivered. I have mailed birthday cards using a 6 x 9 envelope to insure that it got delivered after having lost several throughout the years when sent in their regular envelopes. I have tried tracking and certified mail. This is the worst one yet. Luckily I sent another birthday card in its regular envelope with extra stamps and that was received in 3 days!!! I’m done with you guys. I have to find some other way to send birthday cards and gifts now. I am on a limited income and can’t afford to pay for extras just to get a birthday card delivered!

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
