Although I have sent many packages through U.S.P.S. in the past, it seems that there is a problem with the most important packages that I've sent. I sent a package on December 13th that was supposed to reach its destination on the 17th. It still has not arrived. It is now Christmas day. The package before this arrived with the most important items missing from it. I filed a complaint that went nowhere. After several calls no one would give me any information nor reimburse me for the stolen items. What a waste of my time thinking they would honor their word. Very disappointed !

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
