The mail service on Jog and Lake Worth they are the most rudest people I can see someone going postal very easy they do not care about the customers my package was sent out on the 7th and look what today is every time I go in there she rolls her eyes at me and she start off for the nasty attitude how do you have people working there that are extremely mean to customers with Attitude join a holiday I understand they work long hours if they can't handle their job get out there's no need to tell customers personal problems like they hate their job they hate their boss especially the fat white one there with black hair she has seriously seriously attitude problems and is a black girl there that needs training towards customers

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
