The post office on Jog and Lake Worth is has to be one of the worst rudest people I've ever dealt with if somebody was to go in there and do some severe damage I will not be surprised when you treat customers like a piece of crap the black lady unbelievable needs better training there's a white lady in their black hair heavy set she thinks her crap don't stink I have been waiting since the 7th for my package I tried to get help they seem to just not want to worry about it saying I'm not in the system when they already checked very upset customer corporate needs to get involved and straighten their attitude out 100%

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
