Never update the tracking info if something is supposed to be here and don’t show up it just says in transit to next faculty ok well that’s nice but where exactly is this next faculty??? Why don’t y’all start updating the Location of the package so we the people will know for sure when it’s going to be arriving instead of giving us the mushroom treatment feeding us crap and keeping us in the dark I mean it is our stuff and for some reason shippers keep sending it threw y’all instead of using a service that actually makes sure they keep the tracking up to date

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
