I mailed a card on December 16th by first class mail. It was to be delivered by December 19th. It still has not been delivered. This has happened on multiple occasions when I mail something. We should be able to trust that when we mail something it should arrive in a timely manner. It should not take 2 weeks to be delivered to Chicago. And, it still has not been delivered & no one seems to know where it is. What is the use of a tracking number?

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
