Our package has circled the Twin Cities for more than two weeks. It was. Christmas gift which we were taking to the hosts of our out of town Christmas celebration. We have waited, watched and tracked it for days and now we have to mail it with no guarantee this won’t happen again. Don’t tell me about the holidays, the weather or short staffing. It doesn’t fly. The package has been in Stillwater 3 times since Dec 21 and has only now, on Jan 7 been delivered. You fully deserve this rating of zero stars.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
