My package was to be delivered on the 14th. Was tracking it. It was in Sacramento, California on the 13th so I should have got it on the 14th , but for some reason our not so wonderful Postal Service sent it to El Paso, Texas. Then I finally get updates it has left El Paso at 9:20 pm and another saying it left at 3:00am but nothing showing it has arrived back in Sacramento, California. I prefer to give no Stars but with this system you have to give at least 1. Not a Happy customer.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
