I shipped a package using US Postal Service 12 days ago - priority mail with liability coverage and signature required for delivery. Tracking informs me that it is still out for delivery but it has been saying this for over 1 week… It is in the correct city but somehow not being delivered. What is the issue? - there seems to be no way for me to figure this out by contacting United States Postal Service. Their website is very confusing and frustrating. Their phone service is frustrating and confusing. I will never use the US Postal Service for delivery of any packages again. There is no way to contact anyone at the United States Postal Service to figure out what the issue is.

My parcel tracking number is EH043705002US, and I haven't received the parcel until now, it is only showing transit from 7 OCT 2025. How to get it and when it will come. I am disheartened from the service as the parcel contains cremation remains. It departed on 2nd Oct 2025 and I haven't received it yet.

My package, EB080581911KR, was sent from Korea to Texas, USA, and is currently at the Chicago USPS as of June 10th. I'd like to know if my package has not been delivered. It's currently September 9th. Did it get lost? I'm so upset. I don't care if it's delayed by three months, but I just want it to be delivered.

I mailed my medium flat rate box on 08/14/2025. My receipt said the package would be delivered 08/18/2025, the 2-3 business days. Instead, it arrived on 08/22/2025! This is 3 times as long as it should have taken. Very poor service.
